Balsamic Vinaigrette

This is quick and easy, and can be made 2 to 3 days ahead.

  • 1/2 cup Karo® Light OR Dark Corn Syrup
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic


  1. Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl.
  2. Drizzle on fresh salad greens or pour vinaigrette over chicken or pork as a marinade.
