Balsamic Vinaigrette for Chicken

Broil OR Grill: 10 to 14 minutes
Yield: 4 servings marinated chicken


  • 1/2 cup Karo® Light OR Dark Corn Syrup
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic minced
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts


  1. Stir all ingredients, except chicken, together to make viniagrette.
  2. Pour half of vinaigrette over chicken; let stand for at least 15 minutes, or marinate longer in refrigerator.
  3. Broil or grill chicken at 400° for 5 to 7 minutes per side or until chicken is no longer pink in center.
  4. Drizzle cooked chicken with reserved vinaigrette.
  5. Serving Suggestion: Top with minced fresh basil.
