Blue Cheese Dip for Pears

A great flavor combo.

Yield: 1-1/2 cups


  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup Karo® Light Corn Syrup
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 cup (2 ounces) crumbled blue cheese
  • 3 pears, thinly sliced


  1. Beat cream cheese, corn syrup, lemon juice and ginger in small bowl with mixer at medium speed until smooth.  Stir in blue cheese until mixed. 

    Cover, refrigerate 1 to 2 hours.  Serve with sliced fresh pears.
