Brie with Pecan and Dried Fruit Glaze

  • 1 cup Karo® Light Corn Syrup
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon dark rum (optional)
  • 1 cup dried fruit, diced (apricots, dates, cranberries, cherries, golden raisins, and brown raisins)
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 large (15 ounces) Brie cheese round


  1. Stir corn syrup, vanilla, rum, dried fruit and pecans in small saucepan over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes until bubbling and thickened. Remove from heat; cool to room temperature. (Can be made ahead and refrigerated. Warm slightly to serve.)
  2. Pour glaze over Brie round. Serve with crackers and bread slices.
