Buffalo Glaze

Easy to make glaze that is the perfect last minute addition to your favorite grilled foods.

  • 1/2 cup hot wing sauce
  • 1/3 cup Karo® Light Corn Syrup
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup apricot preserves
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black fine grind pepper
  • 2 tablespoons sliced green onions
  • Favorite grilled chicken, pork, salmon OR shrimp


  1. Combine hot wing sauce, corn syrup, vinegar, apricot preserves, garlic salt and pepper in a small saucepan.  Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and let boil for 5 minutes.  Add green onions.
  2. Pour into a bowl.  Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.  Or can be made ahead.
  3. Brush over your favorite grilled chicken-wings, drumsticks or breasts during the last 5 to 10 minutes of cooking.  Also good on pork chops and seafood.
