Coconut and Macadamia Nut Pie

  • 1 cup Karo® Light Corn Syrup
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons butter OR margarine, melted
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped macadamia nuts
  • 3/4 cup flaked coconut
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked deep dish pie crust


  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. Mix corn syrup, eggs, sugar, butter and vanilla in a medium bowl.  Add nuts and coconut.  Pour mixture into pie crust. 
  3. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until center is set.
