Dill Marinated Vegetables

  • 1 pound new potatoes, washed and sliced
  • 8 ounces fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 4 medium carrots, sliced
  • 2 medium zucchini, sliced
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms

Dill Dressing

  • 1 cup Mazola® Corn Oil
  • 1/4 cup Karo® Light Corn Syrup
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1 teaspoon sweet basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


  1. Cover potatoes with water in a saucepan; bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook just until tender.  Drain potatoes.  Bring a large pot of water to a boil.  Add green beans and carrots.  Cook just until tender; drain and immediately plunge into ice water.  Drain well.

    Combine all dressing ingredients in a small bowl.  Place potatoes, green beans, carrots, zucchini, onion and mushrooms in a large bowl.  Add dressing and gently toss to mix.

    Cover; chill 2 hours or overnight.
