Fresh Raspberry Almond Sauce

Tart and luscious fresh raspberries are perfect spooned over French toast, a brownie sundae or peach ice cream.

  • 12 ounces (3 to 3-1/2 cups) fresh raspberries, divided
  • 1/4 cup Karo® Light Corn Syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract


  1. Puree 1/2 cup berries, corn syrup and almond extract in a food processor or blender until smooth.  Pour over remaining berries in a large bowl. Let sauce stand for 15 minutes.
  2. Recipe Note:  Add 1 to 2 tablespoons sugar if berries are too tart.
