Golden Syrup Walnut Pie

  • 3 eggs
  • 1-1/2 cups Karo® Light Corn Syrup
  • 2 tablespoons butter OR margarine, melted
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Beat eggs slightly with a fork in a medium bowl. Add corn syrup, butter, vanilla, and salt; stir until well blended. Add nuts; stir. Pour into pie crust.
  3. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Cool.
