Maple Walnut Raisin Sauce

This delicious sauce will transform ordinary pancakes, waffles and French toast. Also excellent on bread pudding and pound cake.

  • 1 cup Karo® Light OR Dark Corn Syrup
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/2 teaspoon maple flavor


  1. Combine corn syrup, brown sugar and cream in a medium saucepan. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil over midium hear. Boil 1 minute.
  2. Remove from heat. Stir in walnuts, raisins and maple flavoring. Serve warm. Store in refrigerator.
