Mustard Glaze

Delicious on pork, chicken or ham.

  • 1 cup Karo® Light OR Dark Corn Syrup
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown mustard
  • Variations: Add 1/2 teaspoon of rosemary or sage for added flavor.


  1. Combine corn syrup, brown sugar and mustard in a small bowl.
  2. Brush with glaze several times during last 30 minutes of cooking.
