Peanut Butter Fudge Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Karo® Light OR Dark Corn Syrup
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips


  1. Combine corn syrup, peanut butter and cream in a 1-1/2-quart microwaveable bowl.
  2. Microwave on HIGH (100%) power for 1 to 1-1/2 minutes or until boiling. Add chocolate chips; stir until melted.
  3. Serve warm over ice cream. Refrigerate in tightly covered container.
