Peanut Butter Pie with Chocolate Ganache

  • 1 cup Karo® Light Corn Syrup
  • OR Karo® Dark Corn Syrup
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter OR margarine, melted
  • 1/2 cup creamy OR chunky peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked OR frozen*** deep-dish pie crust
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 5 tablespoons heavy cream


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

    Whisk together corn syrup, eggs,  sugar, butter, peanut butter and vanilla in a large bowl. Pour filling into pie crust.

    Bake on center rack of oven for 50 to 60 minutes.  Cool for 1 hour.
  2. Melt chocolate chips and cream until smooth.  Spread over pie.  Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set chocolate.
