Tequila Lime Sorbet

  • 2 cups Karo® Light Corn Syrup
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 cup tequila OR gin
  • 1/4 cup sugar


  1. Combine corn syrup, water, lime juice, tequila and sugar in a large bowl.  Pour into container of ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
