Tropical Syrup

A great topping for your favorite pancakes or waffles.

Yield: 2 cups


  • 1 cup Karo® Light Corn Syrup
  • 1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple
  • 1 mango, chopped (about 1 cup)
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
  • Dash ground nutmeg


  1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat.  Cook about 5 minutes, until syrup comes to a full boil. 
  2. Serve with Coconut Pancakes or other pancake or waffle recipe.
