Three Ingredient Frosting
When time is short, turn to this easy frosting recipe for delicious results.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Yield: 1 batch tops 24 cupcakes
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup butter
2 tablespoons Karo® Light Corn Syrup
Melt chocolate chips and butter in a small bowl in microwave 30 to 45 seconds, stirring after first 30 seconds. Stir in corn syrup until smooth. Cool to room temperature. Spread over cupcakes.
Recipe Note: To cool glaze quickly, place in refrigerator for about 10 minutes, stirring every few minutes. If glaze hardens too much and becomes dull, reheat slightly in microwave to restore shiny appearance and spreadable texture.
