Great for snacking or sprinkled on top of a baked sweet potato with marshmallows and brown sugar!

3 tablespoons Karo® Light Corn Syrup
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup Pecan Halves
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Mix corn syrup, sugar, cardamom, and cinnamon in a medium bowl. Add pecans and stir to coat. Transfer to prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 12 to 16 minutes, stirring every 2 to 3 minutes.
Cool on parchment paper, separating nuts into a single layer. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
