Marshmallow Creme

Creamy and thick, this is great served over ice cream, brownies or cake.

  • 1 tablespoon meringue powder
  • 2 tablespoons warm water
  • 2/3 cup Karo┬« Light Corn Syrup
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons clear vanilla flavoring


  1. Combine meringue powder and water in a large mixer bowl.  Add corn syrup, powdered sugar and salt.  Beat with whisk attachment on high speed for 5 minutes until very white and thick.  Beat in clear vanilla flavoring. 
  2. Refrigerate until ready to serve.  Cover and store 1 week in refrigerator.
