Creamy and thick, this is great served over ice cream, brownies or cake.
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Yield: 2 cups
1 tablespoon meringue powder
2 tablespoons warm water
2/3 cup Karo® Light Corn Syrup
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 teaspoons clear vanilla flavoring
Combine meringue powder and water in a large mixer bowl. Add corn syrup, powdered sugar and salt. Beat with whisk attachment on high speed for 5 minutes until very white and thick. Beat in clear vanilla flavoring.
Refrigerate until ready to serve. Cover and store 1 week in refrigerator.
