Yield: 3 cups
2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
1 large Granny Smith or other tart apple, peeled and chopped (about 2 cups)
1/2 cup Karo® Light Corn Syrup
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes or until cranberries pop. Cool.
