Cranberry Walnut Pie
A perfect combination of cranberries and walnuts for the holidays.

Yield: 8 servings
1 cup Karo® Light OR Dark Corn Syrup
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 cups fresh OR frozen cranberries
1-1/4 cups chopped walnuts
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix corn syrup, eggs, sugars, butter and vanilla in a large bowl. Stir in cranberries and walnuts. Pour filling into pie crust.
Bake 60 to 65 minutes or until filling is just set in center. Cool completely on wire rack. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream, if desired.
