Pecan Pie Bubble-Up
All the gooey deliciousness of a pecan pie in an easy to make dessert that feeds a crowd.

Bake Time: 30 to 40 minutes
Yield: 12 servings
1 tube (17.5 ounces) refrigerated cinnamon roll dough, with frosting included
1-1/2 cups (6 ounces) pecans
1-1/3 cups Karo® Light OR Dark Corn Syrup
1-1/3 cups sugar
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1-1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 13 x 9-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
Open cinnamon rolls and cut each into 3 to 4 pieces; reserve frosting. Place pieces in baking pan and sprinkle with pecans.
Mix corn syrup, eggs, sugar, butter and vanilla using a spoon. Pour over roll dough and pecans.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Cool a few minutes, drizzle with icing and serve warm.
