Pecan Pie Bubble-Up

  • 1 tube (17.5 ounces) refrigerated cinnamon roll dough, with frosting included
  • 1-1/2 cups (6 ounces) pecans
  • 1-1/3 cups Karo® Light OR Dark Corn Syrup
  • 4 eggs
  • 1-1/3 cups sugar
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.  Spray a 13 x 9-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. Open cinnamon rolls and cut each into 3 to 4 pieces; reserve frosting.  Place pieces in baking pan and sprinkle with pecans.
  3. Mix corn syrup, eggs, sugar, butter and vanilla using a spoon. Pour over roll dough and pecans.
  4. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.  Cool a few minutes, drizzle with icing and serve warm.
