Pralines and Cream Bread Pudding
Satisfy your sweet tooth with this fast and easy bread pudding!

Yield: 9 servings
1 cup Karo® Light Corn Syrup
1 package butterscotch chips, divided
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1-1/2 cups half & half
6 cups cubed bread (slightly stale works best)
1 cup slivered almonds OR chopped pecans, toasted
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 8 x 8-inch baking dish with cooking spray
Heat corn syrup in a large microwave-safe bowl on HIGH for 1-1/2 minutes, until bubbles start to form around the edge.
Stir in 1 cup butterscotch chips and cinnamon until smooth.
Beat eggs and half& half together. Add to butterscotch mixture and whisk until smooth. Pour in bread cubes stirring to coat. Soak for 20 minutes.
Place half of bread cubes in baking dish; sprinkle with remaining butterscotch cups and 1/2 of the almonds. top with remaining bread cubes. Carefully pour butterscotch mixture over bread; press down with spatula so that all pieces are coated. Sprinkling with remaining almonds.
Bake for 55 to 65 minutes until center puffs. Serve with whipped cream.
