No Cook Blueberry Lemon Sauce

Juicy fresh blueberries are perfect poured over ice cream, pound cake or pancakes.

  • 2 cups fresh blueberries, divided
  • 1/4 cup Karo┬« Light Corn Syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated lemon peel


  1. Puree 1/2 cup berries and corn syrup in a food processor or blender until smooth.  Pour over remaining berries in a large bowl.  Stir in lemon peel.  Let sauce stand for 15 minutes.
  2. Recipe Note:  Tartness of blueberries will vary.  Add 1 to 2 tablespoons sugar if needed.
