No Cook Blueberry Lemon Sauce
Juicy fresh blueberries are perfect poured over ice cream, pound cake or pancakes.

Stand Time: 15 minutes
Yield: 3-1/2 cups
2 cups fresh blueberries, divided
1/4 cup Karo® Light Corn Syrup
1/2 teaspoon freshly grated lemon peel
Puree 1/2 cup berries and corn syrup in a food processor or blender until smooth. Pour over remaining berries in a large bowl. Stir in lemon peel. Let sauce stand for 15 minutes.
Recipe Note: Tartness of blueberries will vary. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons sugar if needed.
