Brown Sugar Brandy Sauce

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons brandy
  • 2 tablespoons Karo┬« Light OR Dark Corn Syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Dash salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract


  1. Whisk brown sugar, cream, brandy, corn syrup, cinnamon and salt in a small saucepan.  Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 6 minutes.  Stir in vanilla.

    Serve over ice cream or cake.
