Microwave Three Bean Bake
Vary the bean varieties if you like.

Yield: 6 to 8 servings
5 slices bacon
1/2 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup prepared mustard
1/2 cup Karo® Dark Corn Syrup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 can (15 ounces) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (15 ounces) pinto beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (16 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained
Arrange bacon slices in a single layer in 3-quart microwave-safe casserole dish; cover with paper towel. Microwave on HIGH (100%) 4 to 6 minutes or until bacon is crisp. Remove bacon; drain on paper towel. Crumble and set aside. Reserve 1 tablespoon bacon drippings.
Stir onion into bacon drippings. Microwave 2 minutes or until tender. Stir in crumbled bacon, ketchup, mustard, corn syrup, brown sugar, vinegar and beans.
Microwave on HIGH (100%) 15 to 17 minutes, stirring twice. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
