Peanut Butter Frosting
Perfect on a chocolate cake or brownies. Garnish with chopped peanuts if you'd like.

Yield: 3 cups
1/2 cup Karo® Light OR Dark Corn Syrup
1/2 cup creamy OR chunky peanut butter
1/2 cup butter OR margarine
2 tablespoons rum, brandy OR milk
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
3 cups powdered sugar
Combine corn syrup, peanut butter and butter in a heavy 2-quart saucepan. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in rum and vanilla.
Gradually sift 2 cups powdered sugar into mixture, stirring with wire whisk until smooth. Sift remaining powdered sugar into mixture; stir until smooth with wooden spoon.
Cool until thickened and spreading consistency, about 45 minutes.
