Yield: 11 cups
8 cups Karo® Light OR Dark Corn Syrup
2 ounces OR 3/4 cup instant coffee (decaffeinated, if desired)
1 vanilla bean, split
1/2 cup sugar
3 cups bourbon
Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan stirring well until very smooth.
Heat over medium heat to a low simmer.
Cool completely, transfer to attractive bottles, label and give as delicious gift.
Great in coffee, desserts and over ice cream.
