Thai Peanut Salad Dressing
Add grilled chicken or shrimp to make this a main dish salad.

Yield: 4 servings
1/4 cup Karo® Light OR Dark Corn Syrup
2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter or reduced fat creamy peanut butter spread
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1/8 cup red crushed pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
Stir corn syrup, peanut butter, soy sauce, vinegar and crushed red pepper together in small bowl with wire whisk until smooth. Add cilantro. Serve over mixed greens.
