Peanut Butter Pie with Chocolate Ganache
Chocolate and peanut butter...always a decadent combination.

Yield: 8 servings
1 cup Karo® Light Corn Syrup
OR Karo® Dark Corn Syrup
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons butter OR margarine, melted
1/2 cup creamy OR chunky peanut butter
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 (9-inch) unbaked OR frozen*** deep-dish pie crust
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
5 tablespoons heavy cream
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Whisk together corn syrup, eggs, sugar, butter, peanut butter and vanilla in a large bowl. Pour filling into pie crust.
Bake on center rack of oven for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool for 1 hour.
Melt chocolate chips and cream until smooth. Spread over pie. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set chocolate.
