Yield: 1 cup
1/2 cup Karo® Light OR Dark Corn Syrup
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl.
Drizzle on fresh salad greens or pour vinaigrette over chicken or pork as a marinade.
