Easy to make glaze that is the perfect last minute addition to your favorite grilled foods.
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Chill Time: 30 minutes
Yield: 1-1/3 cups
1/2 cup sriracha
1/3 cup Karo® Light Corn Syrup
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon minced onion
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon black fine grind pepper
Favorite grilled chicken, pork, salmon OR shrimp
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and let boil for 5 minutes.
Pour into a bowl. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Or can be made ahead.
Brush over your favorite grilled chicken, salmon, pork chops, etc. during the last 5 to 10 minutes of cooking.
