Sriracha Glaze

Easy to make glaze that is the perfect last minute addition to your favorite grilled foods.

Yield: 1-1/3 cups


  • 1/2 cup sriracha
  • 1/3 cup Karo┬« Light Corn Syrup
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black fine grind pepper
  • Favorite grilled chicken, pork, salmon OR shrimp


  1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan.  Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and let boil for 5 minutes.
  2. Pour into a bowl.  Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.  Or can be made ahead.
  3. Brush over your favorite grilled chicken, salmon, pork chops, etc. during the last 5 to 10 minutes of cooking.
