A great topping for your favorite pancakes or waffles.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Yield: 2 cups
1 cup Karo® Light Corn Syrup
1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple
1 mango, chopped (about 1 cup)
1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
Dash ground nutmeg
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook about 5 minutes, until syrup comes to a full boil.
Serve with Coconut Pancakes or other pancake or waffle recipe.
