Yield: 25 squares
- 1/2 cup Karo® Light OR Dark Corn Syrup
- 1/3 cup evaporated milk
- 3 cups (18 ounces) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons Spice Islands® Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup coarsely chopped nuts (optional)

- Mix corn syrup and evaporated milk in a microwaveable 2-quart bowl. Stir until well-blended.
- Microwave on HIGH (100%) for 3 minutes. Stir in chocolate chips until melted. Stir in powdered sugar, vanilla and nuts. Beat 1 to 2 minutes with a wooden spoon until thick and glossy. Spread in 8-inch square pan lined with plastic wrap.
- Chill 2 hours or until firm. Cut into squares.
- Marvelous Marble Fudge: Omit nuts. Prepare as directed; spread in prepared pan. Drop 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter over fudge in small dollops. With small spatula or knife, swirl fudge to marbleize. Chill and cut as directed above.
- Double Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge: Prepare as directed above. Stir in 1/3 cup peanut butter. Spread in prepared pan. Drop additional 1/3 cup peanut butter over fudge in small dollops. With a small spatula or knife, swirl fudge to marbleize. Chill and cut as above.
