- Mazola PureŽ Cooking Spray
- 2-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup (2 sticks) cold butter or margarine, cut into pieces
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1-1/3 cups KaroŽ Light Corn Syrup
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cups fresh or thawed frozen cranberries, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 cup white chocolate chips

- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 17 x 11 x 1-inch baking sheet with cooking spray. Beat flour, 1 cup butter, powdered sugar and salt together in a large bowl at medium speed until mixture resembles coarse crumbs; press firmly and evenly into prepared pan. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- While crust is baking, beat KaroŽ, eggs, granulated sugar and melted butter in a large bowl until well blended. Stir in the cranberries and walnuts.
- Spread mixture evenly over hot crust. Sprinkle white chocolate chips over the top. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until set. Cool completely on a wire rack before cutting into bars. Store leftover bars in refrigerator to keep fresh.
