Spiced Cranberry Walnut Tart

Ingredients

  • 1 refrigerated -inch pie crust
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup Karo® Light Corn Syrup
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1-1/2 cups chopped fresh OR frozen cranberries
  • 1 cup chopped Fisher® Walnut Halves & Pieces
  • 1/3 cup chopped crystallized ginger

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9-inch tart pan with pie crust.
  2. Whisk together eggs, sugar, corn syrup, butter, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice and salt. Stir in cranberries, walnuts and ginger. Pour filling into crust.
  3. Bake for 40 minutes or until tart is slightly puffed in the center and has set. Let cool completely before cutting.
