Spiced Cranberry Walnut Tart

Ingredients

  • 1 refrigerated -inch pie crust
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup Karo® Light Corn Syrup
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted and cooled
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1-1/2 cups chopped fresh OR frozen cranberries
  • 1 cup chopped Fisher® Walnut Halves & Pieces
  • 1/3 cup chopped crystallized ginger

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9-inch tart pan with pie crust.
  • Whisk together eggs, sugar, corn syrup, butter, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice and salt. Stir in cranberries, walnuts and ginger. Pour filling into crust.
  • Bake for 40 minutes or until tart is slightly puffed in the center and has set. Let cool completely before cutting.
