  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate OR 1-1/3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Combine corn syrup and cream in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Remove from heat and add chocolate; stir until melted.
