Lite Frozen Banana Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Karo® Light Corn Syrup
  • 4 ounces reduced fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup sucralose sweetener
  • 2 medium bananas, cut into pieces
  • 1 container ( ounces) lite vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup lite whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 (-inch) reduced fat graham cracker OR chocolate crust

Directions

  1. Blend syrup, cream cheese, sucralose, bananas and yogurt on medium speed in a blender 30 seconds, or until smooth. Pour into a large bowl.
  2. Fold in whipped topping. (If lumpy, whisk lightly just until smooth.) Pour into pie crust.
  3. Cover; freeze 6 hours or until firm.
  4. TIP: For extra banana flavor, slice 1 additional banana and place slices on bottom of pie crust before filling.
