Chewy Pumpkin Spice Cookies

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Karo® Light Corn Syrup
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 2-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 package (12 ounces) white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped macadamia nuts (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Beat butter and sugar with electric mixer in large bowl until fluffy.
  3. Beat in corn syrup, egg and vanilla.
  4. Gradually beat in flour, baking soda and salt until combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
  5. Drop dough by heaping tablespoonfuls onto lightly greased baking sheets.
  6. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until lightly browned.
  7. Cool 1 to 2 minutes on pan; remove from pan to wire rack
