Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Blondies

Ingredients

  • 2-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup peanut butter, creamy OR chunky
  • 1/2 cup butter OR margarine, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup Karo® Light OR Dark Corn Syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 cups (12 ounces) semi-sweet chocolate chips (2

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix flour, baking powder and salt in a large medium bowl; set aside. Beat peanut butter, butter and sugar together in a large bowl with mixer at medium speed until smooth. Blend in corn syrup, eggs and vanilla. Reduce mixer speed; beat in flour mixture. Fold in chocolate chips.
  3. Spread in ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
  4. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars.
