Peanut Butter Smores

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Karo® Light Corn Syrup
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 5 cups honey graham cereal
  • 1-1/2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Cook corn syrup and sugar together in a large saucepan over medium heat, stirring to dissolve sugar. Bring mixture to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter; mix well.
  2. Fold in cereal, until coated. Then fold in marshmallows and white chocolate chips gently until evenly covered.
  3. Drop by spoonfuls (about 2 inches in diameter) onto waxed paper.
  4. Place milk chocolate chips in a small freezer bag and microwave about 1 minute or until melted. Snip a small hole in the corner of bag and drizzle over smores' treats. Cool at least 1 hour or until firm. Place in an airtight container for storage.
