Ingredients

  • 1 cup Karo® Light Corn Syrup
  • 1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds toasted
  • Dash ground nutmeg

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook about 5 minutes, until syrup comes to a full boil.
  • Serve with Coconut Pancakes or other pancake or waffle recipe.
