Brie with Pecan and Dried Fruit Glaze

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Karo® Light Corn Syrup
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon dark rum (optional)
  • 1 cup dried fruit diced (apricots
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 large ( ounces) Brie cheese round

Directions

  • Stir corn syrup, vanilla, rum, dried fruit and pecans in small saucepan over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes until bubbling and thickened. Remove from heat; cool to room temperature. (Can be made ahead and refrigerated. Warm slightly to serve.)
  • Pour glaze over Brie round. Serve with crackers and bread slices.
