Rocky Road No-Bake Bars

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Karo® corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3 cups rice crispy cereal
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Directions

  • Combine Karo® Corn Syrup, butter and chocolate in a saucepan over low heat, until melted and smooth. You can also microwave these ingredients in a microwave safe bowl in 45 second increments until smooth.
  • Remove from heat and stir in walnuts, marshmallows and cereal until combined.
  • Press into greased 8×8 square pan.
  • Refrigerate about 30 minutes or until set.
  • Cut into bars and store at room temperature.
